RETURN POLICY


✅ Before Delivery is Accepted

If you decide not to accept your order at the time of delivery, please inform the driver before signing or paying for the order.
We will take the order back immediately and process a full refund — no return fees or restocking charges apply.

❌ After Delivery is Accepted

Once an order has been delivered and accepted, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
This includes situations where bottles have been opened, damaged after delivery, or stored improperly.
This policy ensures product integrity and compliance with provincial alcohol laws.

⚙️ Refund Timing

Refunds for eligible returns are processed to your original payment method (cash, debit, or credit) within 2–4 business days, depending on your payment provider.
