This bourbon-inspired whisky from Ottawa's SFR Distillery is distilled from a mash bill of 88% corn, 10% rye and 2% malted barley. Aged in new oak and ex-bourbon barrels, the whisky develops appealing notes of banana, caramel, vanilla and spice. Enjoy neat, in an Old Fashioned or a variety of classic whisky cocktails.
